How It Works
Whether this is your first time visiting a doctor or if you are looking for a new doctor for any reason, we know that the process can feel overwhelming for some. Here is our protocol for all new patients to our practice:
Before we can schedule your appointment, we'll have you fill out New Patient Forms and submit insurance details. This information is crucial for us to make your first visit as smooth as possible and will be reviewed and processed by our staff.
Once your New Patient Forms and insurance have been verified, you will be eligible to schedule an appointment. We recommend planning for a maximum 2 hour visit due to the initial patient intake so our providers can get a comprehensive look at your history.
At your visit, please bring any medications or medical records you would like for our staff to review. Depending on your insurance, you may have a deductible or copay that your insurance provider says is your responsibility, so please review or ask for assistance if you have any questions!
Insurance and Payment
Dr. Asistores accepts most types of insurance, and also offers competitive pricing for patients who do not have insurance.
If you are a patient with concerns about healthcare affordability, we recommend you explore all options and really understand what financial coverage any given insurance plan will provide.

Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm (we are closed for lunch from 12pm-1pm).
Yes, we accept up to five walk-ins from 8am-10am and five walk-ins from 1pm-3pm. Please note that walk-ins will be seen as possible and often may experience longer wait times than usual due to our appointment schedule taking precedence.
